STEEL Lavorazioni Meccaniche is an ideal partner for the supply of precision mechanical components. It has a surface of around 4000 mqs and it is divided in the following departments:
- milling department;
- drilling department;
- finishing department; the latter, in air conditioned rooms
The potentiality of the equipment allows machining of pieces of weight max. 10 Ton.
The technical office has 5 CAD stations (Autocad, Tebis, Peps Camtek, Rtm, Le moine), connected by network to the machines and a Catia V4 workstation.
The workshop is equipped with 22 machines, that include numerical control machines and machining centres , all of recent technology and high automatisation.
The precision and dimensions are checked with a CMM measuring system in a metrological laboratory. Test reports can be supplied to give evidence of positive outcome.
